Tanner Springs Park is located at NW Marshall and NW 10th Avenue next to a Portland Streetcar stop. It is a beautiful and relatively quiet (except for the construction) oasis in an urban setting. A sanctuary in Northwest Portland. It is not kid friendly and dogs are leased.Instructions for logging waymark: A photograph is required that shows you (or your GPS receiver, if you are waymarking solo) and the Tanner Springs Park Sign.
