When approaching the cemetery from the south and coming north on North Mount Pleasant Road, your GPS may try to take you on a private drive that heads
near the cemetery, since the lane
to the cemetery is not on a lot of maps. Just keep going north to N36°26.770',W94°22.405' to the lane, which does have a nice sign at North Mount Pleasant Road.
According to FindAGrave, although there are some graves missing dates, the oldest recorded grave is from 1871, and the latest at the time of this waymark listing was in 2013.
The topographic maps make a common "homophonic" mistake in calling this Daniels Cemetery, when the sign clearly says Daniel Cemetery. Many, many POIs on topographic maps have similar "sounds like" mistakes (Kane instead of King, etc.), as if a field person was talking over a phone to someone writing down information. This waymarker has seen at least a dozen such mistakes in topographic maps, in just two counties (and will probably find more).
