This is a barbeque joint I have been getting great 'que from since I was a little kid. Ribs, chicken, pork, ham, and even deep fried bologna are on the menu here. This is Kansas City barbeque at its best. I love the ribs here and think that they are the specialty of the house. Wednesdays are the day to get discount slabs of ribs and there is always a lunch special during the week. I always judge a barbeque place by the beans and Quicks has really good beans - meaty with their semi-spicy sauce baked in. This is a great place to go before heading off to the Boulevard Drive-In for the weekend double feature!
