This World War II memorial is located in a park next to the railway station of Mulhouse.

This monumant is located in the small park just in front of the main railway station. It was erected in 1990 to mark the 50th anniversary of the German occupation of Mulhouse.
The monument is a large broken chain link in bronze in the middle of the lawn. The marker plate at the footpath says:
