In memory of Willis Richford - Norquay, Saskatchewan
1905 - 2005
For over 60 years he tirelessly promoted a grand vision for the Port of Churchill and the Hudson's Bay Route.
Due to his persistence and achievements he became known by many in Western Canada as 'Mr, Churchill'.
Willis had the honour of being awarded the Key to the Town of Churchill in 1997.
May his vision be fully attained.
Placed on this site by his Family and the Town of Churchill.
