EN: The villa on Sevogelstrasse 21, called "Pfeffingerhof", was built in 1903 by architect Fritz Stehlin (1861-1923).
The two-storey building with a mansard roof stands out mainly because of its avant-corps with the ornate circular pediment, which does not mark the main entrance, but is situated representatively to the street.

Das zweigeschossige Gebäude mit einem Mansarddach fällt vor allem durch seinen Mittelrisaliten mit dem reich verzierten Rundgiebel auf, der nicht den Haupteingang markiert, sondern repräsentativ zur Strasse hin steht.
