EN: The Villa at St. Jakobstrasse was designed by the famous architect Gustav Adolf Visscher van Gaasbeek (1859-1911). It was built in 1905. The two-storey house has elements from different eras of architectural history. The baroque mansard roof and the very high first floor are in contrast to the round tower with its Gothic windows and the onion dome.
DE: Die Villa an der St. Jakobstrasse stammt vom bekannten Architekten Gustav Adolf Visscher van Gaasbeek (1859–1911). Sie wurde im Jahre 1905 erbaut. Das zweistöckige Wohnhaus besitzt Elemente aus den verschiedensten baugeschichtlichen Epochen. Das barocke Mansarddach und der sehr hohe erste Stock stehen im Konstrast zum Rundturm mit seinen gotischen Fenstern und der Zwiebelhaube.
