This flag is a white background. The name "West Plains" is in light blue with small red triangles between each letter at the top. There is a yellow line that is behind the name that extends about a couple of inches up. "Missouri" is in red script like font below the word Plains on the right. A map of Missouri in the same blue as the name of the city and outlined in black is below the state name with a yellow star outlined in red where the city of West Plains is located. To the left of the flag are three stylized buildings, one yellow, one red, one blue. In the center are two acorns and two oak leaves, one each yellow and red.
