AT HELENA, AT INTERSECTION OF CHERRY AND PERRY STREETS, AT THE COURT HOUSE, 23 FEET EAST OF EAST CURB OF CHERRY STREET, 22 1/2 FEET SOUTH OF SOUTH CURB OF PERRY STREET, 5.4 FEET NORTHWEST OF NORTHWEST CORNER OF COURT HOUSE, IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST WITH A LARGER CONCRETE BLOCK CAST AROUND POST AND PROJECTING 4 INCHES.
