This amazing 40'x 18' mural displays an oversized map of the entire Route 66, from Chicago all the way to Los Angeles / Santa Monica.
The lower left hand side shows an unfolded paper map of the highway. From left to right, the names of key cities and towns along the route are portrayed, along with the different states' shield signs. On the right side, a large generic Route 66 shield sign appears.
Although intended as a photo-op prop and not part of the mural, a full-sized replica of a Corvette (although it is sliced in half and mounted to the wall) is directly in front of the lower right side of the mural.
