The Parish Church of All Saints in Little Totham is Grade I listed. It has a C12th nave, a C13th rebuilt and enlarged cancel, a C16th West Tower with a possibly C17th/C18th top structure, and a C19th south porch. The plastered walls are probably of flint rubble, the base of the west tower is of brick with knapped flint facing, whilst the upper storeys are timber framed and weatherboarded.

The C15th font is octagonal with a moulded top edge and unusually different forms of tracery on each face, looking almost like a pattern book for different types of window design of two, three and four lights. The stem and base are modern. It can be found just to the east of the south entrance porch mounted on a single step. It has a modern timber cover with an octagonal curved cone at its centre.

The co-ordinates given are for the south porch.
Approximate Age of Artefact: prior to 1500.
