You can discover the delightful Moomins at the large and newly-renovated Children's library area at the South Garland branch library. This branch library is part of the larger Nicholson Memorial Library, named after S. E. Nicholson, a former Mayor of Garland who died in a 1927 tornado that devastated the community.
