The mark is a U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey azimuth mark disk stamped ***SAW 1935*** and set in the top of a concrete post which projects about 3 inches. It is 3.6 feet east of telephone pedestal number 48 and is about 13 feet above the level of the intersection of Old State Road and Flockerzi Road.

Your Directions:
From Oil City, go north on U.S. Highway 62 and east on State Highway 157 for 8.5 miles to the crossroads at Coal Hill. Turn right on Sawtown Road and go south for 1.6 miles to the crossroads at Sawtown. Turn right on Old State Road and go west for 1.1 miles to a T-road right and the mark in the northwest angle of the intersection.
