This municipal flag is one of two I located in Rancho Mirage. This flag is located within Whitewater Park. There is also a U.S. Flag and the California state flag flying next to it. The flag reads 'City of Rancho Mirage' and beneath it is the city's symbol, the Desert Bighorn, which was adopted by the city council in 1975. You can read more about Rancho Mirage here.
