No longer listed at the Oddfellows website, it appears that this lodge is defunct. As a reminder of their presence, the Oddfellows sign remains on the front of the building, on the second storey, which is most likely where the hall was located. The building is now home to Page's Book Emporium on the ground floor, while the upper floor appears to be used only for storage.
An ad placed in the October 10, 1901 issue of The Cranbrook Herald, stating, "It is important that there be a full attendance at Lodge Friday night, as there is some important work on, and arrangements to be made for meeting the Grand Master, who will be with us Tuesday evening. Visiting Odd Fellows especially invited." tells us that the Oddfellows were active in Cranbrook as long as 113 years ago.
Another ad, placed in The Cranbrook Herald January 31, 1901 tells of their first meeting in their new hall. That could be this hall, as later, in 1921, they are known to have built a new hall at a different location. In 1900 they rented the third storey of a building for meetings until the hal was completed.
