This 8 foot long Gila monster is located at the northwest corner of 2nd Street and 10th Avenue, in the Dunbar Spring residential neighborhood

Created as part of a neighborhood reinvestment program by Hirotsune Tashima and Jason Butler, this large lizard was placed next to the Dunbar Spring Little Free Library in December 2012.

He is enjoying reading a poem from Paul Laurence Dunbar.
