c 1890.

One-story brick vernacular structure with sandstone foundation, masonry walls, flat-rolled roof, single bay, and rectangular footprint. The building has its original brick cornice, but a modern recessed door, plate glass windows flush with the wall, and red tile panels that were added above and below the canopy in the 1960s.
