CELEBRATED BY FIRING OF CANNON, ETC."
MANY OF SANTA BARBARA COUNTY'S OWN STAGE
COACH RUNS STARTED FROM THIS SPOT
WHICH MARKS THE LOCATION OF THE FIRST
ARLINGTON HOTEL, DESTROYED BY FIRE IN 1909.
