Description of Memorial: Gray granite monument. The central part of the monument has an eagle inscribed along with the text of the monument. On the central portion is a stone "eternal flame". The central portion is surrounded by a rectangular granite frame with the two uprights inscribed with swords and the horizontal top is inscribed with the seals for each branch of service.
