The plaque reads "Built around the 1880's and reconstructed in 1930's this unconventional, two-wheel, olive mill was used to crush olives for juice extraction. Evidence indicated that the pulp produced in a room within the west wing industrial complex. Processed olive medicines and protective leather balm."
