An interesting, but plaque less statue in central Singapore.

This amusing piece of artwork is located in the busy and serious centre of Singapore City, the business and financial district. There is no plaque, but it reminds me of a seesaw, hence the name. It is maybe 4m high and the same long, built solidly out of steel.
