Long Description:
This white flag with brown lettering is located in the northwest corner of the Chillicothe, Missouri, City Hall. The flag has a white background. The City Seal appears in the upper part of the flag - two-thirds the way from the fly end. The Seal has a yellow background. There is a large tree. Beneath the tree is a person riding a bike and a couple walking a carriage. The wording: "The Great Seal of the City of Chillicothe Missouri - Where Innovation is Born & Families are Raised is around the Seal. The wording also appears as part of the flag.
