"The memorial sits at the base of the church wall underneath the clocktower. The information currently listed here is for World War 1 & 2, the names are listed a surname, initials and rank. The memorial itself is externally mounted in a gabled recess flanked by pilastres attached to the church wall, all this on a large rough hewn single stepped base. The World War 2 plaque was added later and in mounted leaning against the front of the base at ground level. There are 101 names for World War 1 and 41 for World War 2. The original memorial was dedicated by local clergy and dignitaries in 1921."
