VR Post Box set into a stone wall surrounding a garden near the village of Fintry. Attractive aged wall with good condition box.

A few signs of wear but has not suffered from being over-painted. Embossed with the VR initials and crown.

Embossed manufacturer name also present at base of box - looks like the below (ends in London).

Box is still in use.

At junction of Crow Road (B822) and B818 near Fintry, County of Stirling, Scotland. Relatively quiet country road with a few houses nearby.


Condition of the box: Good/Average/Poor: Good

Is this post box still in use?: Yes. Monday to Friday 3.45pm. Saturday 8.30am.

Is VR embossed on the post box or is it an "anonymous" box?: VR Embossed.
