Železnicní stanice Nedvedice je na jednokolejné trati z Tišnova do Nového Mesta na Morave a Ždáru nad Sázavou. Projíždející vlaky se zde zpravidla križují. Je koncovou stanicí Integrovaného dopravního systému Jihomoravského kraje.
