There is no apparent access but the signage here is San Pedro Cemetery.

The Texas Historical Commission (visit link) lists this cemetery as San Rafael Cemetery #2 with an alternate name of San Pedro Cemetery. They say this cemetery was established about 1900 and contains about 44 graves and maybe 30 more without markers.
