This abstract sculpture by Edoardo Villa is one of many art pieces created for the exibition 20 Stellenbosch: Two decades of South African sculpture (2011/2012). The title of the sculpture could be: "Horizontal developement" (it is the name of one of Villa's sculptures at this exibition) but I didnt find any document to confirm it and there was no plaque near the sculpture.

Edoardo Daniele Villa (1915–2011) was a notable South African sculptor of Italian descent who worked primarily in steel, and bronze.
