There is plenty of parking as this is as far as you can go on this road. This facility treats water from laguna Niguel and western Mission Viejo. The water then returns to tanks where it can be used for irrigation for plants around the city and some of it is returned to the Oso Creek when there is a surplus, but that rarely happens.
