Auf drei Stelzen stehend befindet sich dieses Relief auf dem Rathausmarkt vor dem Rathaus. Das Relief zeigt die Hamburger Innenstadt im Maßstab 1:750 vom Hauptbahnhof im Osten bis zur Kirche St. Michaelis im Westem, vom Rand der Speicherstadt im Süden bis zum Stepahnsplatz im Norden.

Das Relief ist ein Geschenk des Lion's Club und der Stadt Hamburg an alle blinen und sehenden Bürger und Besucher.

Standing on the town square "Rathausmarkt" in front of the town hall, this relief depicts the inner city of Hamburg on a scale of 1:750, from the central station in the east to the St. Michaelis church in the west, and from the border of the Speicherstadt in the south to the Stephansplatz in the north.

The relief was a gift from the Lion's Club and the city of Hamburg to all blind and seeing inhabitants and visitors of Hamburg.
