This plain commercial-style building stands near the east side of the downtown area.

This is a one-story painted brick building, which has a centered double aluminum and glass entrance, flanked by large display windows. The clerestory is intact, but is painted with advertising for the business occupied here, a tattoo and piercing parlor.
The upper wall is plain with several rows of corbelled brick just beneath the roof line.
This property was not part of the original historic district listed in 1979, but has been included in the expanded boundary district of 2012. It is listed on Page 17 of the nomination.
