The historic Minor Theatre at 1015 H Street in Arcata, California. The theater was built by Isaac Minor. Ground was broken for the building on April 2, 1914 and the grand opening was December 3, 1914.
It closed in 1938 with the opening of the Arcata Theatre but reopened in the 1950’s. It closed again in the 1960’s and was sold by the Minor family in 1971. It reopened in 1972 and underwent renovations in 1989.
