Pametní deska venovaná obetem komunistické diktatury se nachází na ulici Cejl (Cejl 71) na budove bývalého vezení. Deska je obdélná na výšku z hnedé leštené žuly se zlatým nápisem, pripevnená na symbolickou kovovou vezenskou mríž.
