Das Foto zeigt die 1912 eröffnete Station "Rödingsmarkt" der Ringlinie Barmbek - Hauptbahnhof - Schlump - Barmbek.
Die Station hat sich im Laufe der Jahre nur wenig verändert. Ersichtlich ist zum Beispiel, dass die seitlichen Ausgänge verschlossen und durch einen zentralen Eingang ersetzt worden sind. Zusätzlich (nicht auf dem Bild erkennbar) gibt es einen zweiten Aufgang am südlichen Ende des Bahnsteigs.
Auch die Häuser im Hintergrund sind immernoch zu erkennen, auch wenn sich die Dachfronten durch die Beschädigungen aus dem Zwieten Weltkrieg verändert haben.
Das Bild von 1912 ist Eigentum der Hamburger Hochbahn.
The old photo shows the station "Rödingsmarkt" of the ring-line Barmbek - Hauptbahnhof - Schlump - Barmbek, that was opened in 1912.
The station itself has hardly changed through the years. Only the entries at the sides have been closed and changed into one central entry. An additional entry (not visible on the photo) has been added to the southern end of the platform.
The houses in the background can still be recognised, although the roofs have been damaged during World War II and therefore changed their appearance.
