This is the only Roman-Catholic Church in the district of Horn in Hamburg, Germany. The church forms a double parish together with "Herz Jesu" (Heart of Jesus) in the district of Hamm.

This church was built from 1965 to 1967 in order to erect a Roman-Catholic parish in the district of Horn. The architect was the German Lothar Kreitz. The church building exists of three circles that stand for the Trinity (only visible from the sky). This church has a remarkable bell tower as well: In order to enter the church and the premises, one has to go through its basement.
There is a Saturday evening Mass at 6 p.m. as well as Masses on Sundays at 08:00, 10:30, and 12:00. The parish consists of a majority of immigrants from Poland and Croatia and has a lack of younger people as many parishes have in Germany.
