Review:
One thing that I like about Starbucks is that they acknowledge you when you come in the door, no matter how busy they are. I'm in the service industry, I know it gets crazy, but on the flip side, as a customer, I hate to be ignored.
We were in here today during freak near-80 degree weather, so the place was jumping. Several of the staff went out of their way to say "It's a little busy right now, we'll be with you as soon as we can," and there was nothing robotic about that. They meant it, and that means a lot. Once they did get to us, which wasn't too long, they got us out the door in a hurry with our cold drinks in January.
