The Bellinger Building at 2259-2261-2263 Market Street was constructed circa 1885. The two-story building is in a Victorian style with Italianate features.
The building was originally used by the Atlantic Tea Co. owned by James Henderson and James McCann. The were wholesale and retail dealters in teas, coffees, and spices with fine teas as a specialty.
The building is now used by three businesses, a tanning salon, a wine shop and a cookie shop.
