Located along N Virginia Street and next to Manzanita Lake is Manzanita Hall, a women's residence hall. This building is one of 13 that are part of the University of Nevada Historic District. From the University's webpage:

Manzanita Hall, located in the center of campus, houses 93 women in double and single rooms. This hall was completed in 1896 and has been renovated to recreate a "Victorian" atmosphere.

This residence hall is undergoing some slight renovation and I wasn't able to take better pictures. This residence hall, along with Lincoln Hall, are are the oldest continuously operating residence halls in the Western United States.
