Václav Prokop Diviš (1698-1765) was the czech inventor of a lightning conductor (first was constructed 1754, several years earlier than the B. Franklin´s one). The house is open May-September. There is an infoboard in CZ/PL/D/EN next to the house and of course the lightning conductor as well.

Personal Experience:
The lightning conductor is well visible from the main road Žamberk - Hradec Králové. There is no parking place, but the car could be left on the adjacent street on the bank of the river.
