Dodo is a place with multiple options. There are three floors, although most people go all the way up to enjoy the amazing views over lake Van. People can eat, drink a beverage (I am not sure alcohol, including beer, is available, due to religious reasons), play a game (lots of table games available), use Internet.
Prices are low, service is great. Tea is a must, not because it's exceptionally good but because it's the local habit. A little cup of ta costs about 0,30 Eur.
