This tower is in the parking lot of a McDonald's Restaurant located at 26902 TRABUCO ROAD, MISSION VIEJO, CA 92691
The only markings I found were numbers "1228990" located on the side facing the back wall.
The pole seems to have been recently painted ~white~
We have noticed this flag pole for many years and just drive by it. The flag seems too small for the pole.
