Located at the entrance to the City of Susanville Airport is a military aircraft static display of an F-4 Phantom fighter jet that was once flown by the Reno Air National Guard 'High Rollers'. There is also a black marble monument next to the fighter jet commemorating all the military branches of service with an inscription that reads 'Duty, Honor, Country.' At the base of the monument is the Rotary International Symbol which is also found stamped into the concrete walkway that makes up this military display.

Although there is no specific plaque at this monument the Rotary symbol etched into the monument base and walkway makes it obvious that it was created by the local Rotary group. The Susanville Sunrise Rotary club's Facebook page can be visited here.
