I have always suspected that outhouses were dangerous places, and this sign makes it official. It says "Caution, Slippery When Wet", and the outhouse is directly behind the sign.

The Williams-Payne house is an old farmhouse that was moved from a farm in the Dunwoody Road area of Atlanta, to this plot of land, and converted into a musuem and tea house. The complex includes the old Sandy Springs recreation area (rose garden, gazebos and green lawns) and includes a relocated milkhouse....and this dangerous outhouse.
