This small sculpture of Mary is only about 2.5 feet tall and is located in a little nook to the right of the entrance to the Cemetery Office at Mission San Luis Rey. It depicts Mary standing, wearing a long hooded cape over flowing clothes as she clasps her hands in prayer. A plaque entitles the piece "Our Lady of Fatima" hich is one of the titlegiven to Mary due to her apparitions in the Portuguese city of Fatima. Read more about that at (visit link)
