DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1952 (LWS) THE BASE OF THE CROSS AT THE APEX OF THE ROOF OF THE BELFRY ATOP THE EAST SIDE OF ST. JOHNS CATHOLIC CHURCH ON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 41 IN ST. JOHN. IT IS A TAN BRICK STRUCTURE ABOUT 85 FEET HIGH WITH A DOMED RED TILE ROOF.
