Dental Depot is a dentist's office, but while the office may look like a converted train station, this is actually a new building, constructed for the dentists within the last few years. Presumably the depot setting, complete with large-size toy train engine and water tower, may be a little more user-friendly than your average dentist's office, especially for children.
