Need to know the time? Check out this fine town clock in one of Hearst's little parkettes. It's located in the centre of town, just across the street from the post office.
Hearst is a largely francophone community and engraved at the base is the following:
"Dans le cadre de leur 50e Anniversaire de Fondation les Chevaliers de Colombe sont fiers d'offrir cette horloge a la Communitaute d'Hearst. Juin 1998"
Roughly translated ... On the occasion of their 50th anniversary, the Knights of Columbus offered this clock to the community of Hearst.
