Joseph E. Rookhuyzen is interred at Mt. Laki Cemetery and his headstone contains an engraving of a loaf of bread with the word 'Baker' underneath. He also was a war veteran, based off a VFW symbol on the other side of his headstone. I was able to locate a little info on him
