The site for the LA-40 launch pad Nike Missile used to be here at the Long Beach Airport, but it was destroyed following construction of the airport.

The former site of one of over 200 nike missile sites is here at the Long Beach Airport. Coordinates are for the front entrance. The missile site is completely destroyed, according to wikipedia, but you never know as the government hides things from us all the time.
