After figuring out the translated coordinates using my caching name, I decided not to use the North and South as that would place the waymark in the arctic or antarctic. That left me with west or east.
When I looked at some possible locations, I found that St-Jean in Quebec lined up with the West coordinate.
I've contacted a caching friend ( Navy30000) in this area and explained the proceedure. Luckily she is well aware of waymarking so that was very easy to convince her to help me with that.
I've made a few suggestions as I had been looking at Google map for open spaces but Navy30000 came back with a much better one with safe parking and easy access.
Many thanks to Navy30000 for her help and the photos!

A photograph is required of your GPS receiver clearly showing the coordinates and the place.
A photo showing the area would be a great addition to the waymark gallery.
