Originally the Kingsport Power Company (note the lightning bolts on the shutters), the building now houses a bank. A colorful quilt block is hanging on the east (Broad Street) side. Diagonal parking is available.

Downtown for an errand at nearby First Baptist Church when decided to begin searching for the new quilt blocks. Crisp and sunny morning for excellent photography.
